Deluxe Deodorised Cocoa Butter is produced from high-quality whole cocoa beans found inside the cocoa pods that grow on the cacao tree.  The Cocoa beans are fermented, roasted and then separated from their hulls. About 54–58% of the residue is cocoa butter. Our Deodorised Cocoa Butter is food-grade.

Cocoa butter, also called Theobroma oil, is a pale-yellow, edible vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean. Cocoa butter contains a high proportion of saturated fats, derived from stearic and palmitic acids.

Deluxe Deodorised Cocoa Butter is manufactured by mechanical cold press, double-filtered and deodorised by a super steaming system. Refined and rendered from high-quality whole cocoa beans, this highly prized butter is an exceptional quality base ingredient for skin, hair care products and food applications. It has nutritious and useful properties for the food and cosmetic industries and does not contain a chocolate aroma.

As one of the most stable and highly concentrated natural fats, it is used to add flavour and smoothness to finished chocolate, cosmetics, tanning oils, soaps, lip balm and many topical creams and lotions. This product is food grade.

Our Deodorised Cocoa Butter is chipped into pieces from 250g up to 20kg. Our 25kg box is an entire block. If you need to buy more than 100kg contact us for a quote.
